Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to promote and sell our surface refinishing services to residential clients. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales leads to help us serve increasing demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including marketing, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Create and maintain social marketing plans that utilize social platforms to build community, increase reach and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in home services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Facebook and CRM software
