Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to join our growing acquisitions team. This is a field-focused role requiring strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage relationships both with sellers and contractors. You will be an essential player in sourcing, assessing, and helping oversee the transformation of distressed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Negotiations:

Engage with homeowners looking to sell through inbound mail campaign responses, direct listings, and market outreach. Build rapport, assess motivation, and negotiate terms to secure favorable acquisitions.

Property Visits:

Conduct in-person property inspections, capture detailed photos and videos, and assess the condition of homes for acquisition and renovation planning.

Contractor Collaboration:

Work with contractors and internal project managers to define the initial renovation scope of work for each property based on inspection findings and investment goals.

Project Oversight:

Perform weekly property visits during renovation to ensure project timelines, scopes, and budgets are being adhered to. Identify risks early and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in real estate sales, property acquisitions, construction management, or a related field preferred Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active properties at once Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision Detail-oriented when capturing property photos, videos, and documentation Basic understanding of home construction and renovation processes a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
