What You’ll Be Doing:

You won’t just be sitting behind a desk or making cold calls all day. You’ll be on the front lines building relationships, closing deals, and managing your own projects . Here’s what you’ll be doing every day:

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation :

You’re the one out there finding and hustling to bring in new clients . Whether you’re networking, cold calling, or making things happen with referrals, you’re the driver of growth.

Lead Development :

You’re the face of the company, building real relationships with potential clients, answering questions, and closing those deals with your charm and knowledge.

Job Quoting :

Using our top-notch tech, you’ll be able to generate quotes quickly and accurately.

Bill of Materials :

You’ll submit the details on materials and ensure the job is ready to roll smoothly.

Payment Collection :

You’ll make sure clients pay for the awesome work we do—no worries, we’ll support you every step of the way!

Project Management:

Schedule Coordination :

Got organizational skills ? You’ll coordinate timelines with clients and ensure the job gets done right and on time.

Teamwork :

You’ll work closely with subcontractors and ensure the fence is perfectly positioned —from the posts to the gates. You’ll make sure every detail is spot-on!

Site Inspections :

Before wrapping up, you’ll inspect the work to ensure it meets both your and the client’s high expectations . You’re the quality control expert here!

The Rewards:

This is a commission-only role, which means the more you hustle, the more you make . Here’s how it breaks down: Tier 1 : $0 – $25,000 in sales = 5% of Revenue Tier 2 : $25,001 – $50,000 in sales = 6% of Revenue Tier 3 : $50,001 and above in sales = 7% of Revenue Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month based on completed sales and confirmed payments. So the more you sell , the more you earn !
