Role and Responsibilities:
Help manage all commercial deliverables, tasks and negotiations for accounts with regard to pricing, sales orders, payments, invoices, monthly/yearly volume projections. Help manage volume changes, daily/weekly/monthly/yearly projections throughout overall SCM. Coordinate with office managers and headquarters to proactively manage and address customers’ needs, requests, procedures, expectations, and other communications Assist in planning and execution of strategies to achieve sales volume and revenue targets Help build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and their representatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in sales, marketing management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Korean language proficiency required (this position requires direct communication with entities in Korea) 1+ years of manufacturing industry experience or hands-on SAP ERP experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing accounts in automotive and/or EV battery industries (or related industries) Automotive OEM account management experience is greatly preferred
