Outside Sales Representative Bobcat Of Valdosta 4310 North Valdosta Road, Valdosta, GA 31602 Bobcat of Valdosta is seeking an experienced and organized Salesperson to join our team. As a growing construction equipment dealership, we offer sales, rentals, service, and parts for Bobcat equipment, including construction, agricultural, and turf solutions. As part of a multi-location dealer enterprise, you’ll benefit from access to training programs, a knowledgeable support team of technicians and service managers, and the backing of a growing and respected brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and at least two years of experience in agricultural or construction equipment sales. However, we are open to training the right candidate and have onboarding programs in place to help ensure your success. Compensation will include a base salary plus commission — structured to reward performance while providing consistency. We also offer health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. This role is primarily field-based, working with customers on-site and in the community, but it will include one to two days per week working inside the dealership to support walk-in traffic and online leads.

Responsibilities include:

Guiding customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing Developing a strong knowledge of all Bobcat equipment and competitive models Completing quotes, running credit applications, and processing transaction paperwork Supporting online and in-store leads, including phone calls, emails, and follow-ups Establishing and working toward sales goals in line with dealership expectations Maintaining strong communication with current and prospective customers The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of equipment sales experience (construction or ag preferred) A history of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong customer service skills and an outgoing, approachable demeanor The ability to manage objections and close deals Professional appearance and communication skills A valid driver’s license and clean driving record If you’re looking to join a growing dealership with an energetic team and strong support systems, we encourage you to apply to become our next Salesperson at Bobcat of Valdosta .
