This role sells towalk-in customers, markets products outside of the office viamarketing calls and in-person visits creating communityrelationships to promote continued growth and assists customers inthe office.

MinimumQualifications:

0 – 2 years of experience P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensurewithin 90 days of joining the company.

Preferred Skills andCompetencies:

Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillaryproducts. Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales, crosssell / retention of customers. Leverages community contacts (natural market) to continuallybuild a sales pipeline, as well as an active physical presence inyour own community to build multiple centers of influence/referralsources (car dealerships, local events, community organizations,etc.). Initiate outbound calling to established target customer basefor Product offerings. Monitors key competitors in the local market area and makessuggestions on initiatives that could improve the company’sposition in the marketplace. Works with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, andmanage marketing and sales processes to achieve production andgrowth goals. Delivers optimal results within appropriate metrics, includingquality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, customer satisfactionand financial performance, including compliance with all rules,procedures, and standards consistent with the manager’ssupervision. Understands, promotes, and remains current on companyunderwriting guidelines, announcements, and memos related tochanges in company policies and procedures. Receives customer payments, issues receipt and verifies reportsof receipts for cash drawers.
