Sales Representative Metal Buildings of Georgia, LLC. 130 East Main Street, Forsyth, GA 31029 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, specifically within an office and field setting. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. candidates are encouraged to apply as they will enhance our customer interactions. Duties Drive leads independantly from the company, although leads will be provided Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain a monthly quota Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities. Supervise and train junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Apply math skills to manage costs and track sales performance accurately. Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up communications. Qualifications 5+ years Previous experience in Metal building sales. Have a good supporting history of previous customers you have sold to. Have a minimum of 3 referrals from past clientele Knowledge of the sales processes and math principles.

Excellent verbal communication skills:

proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in supervising or training staff is desirable but not mandatory. A passion for selling and the ability to engage customers through effective product demonstrations.
