Growth opportunities Work-from-home days You will be required to cover an area of 75 miles radius of Columbus GA. To include but not limited to, Columbus, Lagrange, Newnan and Phenix City. Truck or SUV is required You will be in sort of a hybrid role, a sales rep to sell the jobs and a project manager for when the job is performed. You will also be required to collect all payments from customers. You will also learn how to deal with insurance claims and negotiate with adjusters to get homeowners approved. In the slow season(Oct-Jan), you should expect about 8 leads a week. In the prime season (Feb-Sept) you should expect about 12-16 leads a week. Pay is commission based at 10% of every contract on given leads, 12% on self generated leads. This is paid after job is completed and paid in full. For the first month you can receive an advance on your first commissions while you are in training. Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the roofing industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
- Utilize Google Sheets/Excel, Word/docs and other online tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients to present roofing solutions and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients
Skills:
- Proven experience in account management and business development within the roofing industry
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex roofing solutions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in using software for sales tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and close sales
