Position Summary Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions? We’re looking for a Administrative Sales Specialist to join our team and support our growing sales pipeline by managing inbound quote requests with speed, accuracy, and care. As the Administrative Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers, generating quotes, and collaborating across teams to convert opportunities into loyal business relationships. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, a customer-first mindset, and a desire to grow in a sales-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound quote requests via email, phone, and CRM tools. Review customer inquiries and generate accurate, customized quotes tailored to their needs. Enter, update, and track quote and customer data in the CRM system to ensure transparency and follow-up. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align quote generation with targeted campaigns. Proactively identify and respond to public sector opportunities (VA, state/local government, and federal contracts) using tools like SmartProcure and other bid platforms. Monitor open quotes and conduct timely follow-ups to increase conversion rates. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve quoting processes and customer satisfaction. Support the Sales team by preparing reports and dashboards on key metrics like quote volume, win/loss rate, and turnaround time. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in quoting, sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high accuracy and efficiency. Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Experience with government procurement or bidding platforms (SmartProcure, GovWin, etc.) is a plus. A self-starter who works well both independently and on a team. Highly attentive to details, with a customer-focused approach to solving problems. Education Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
