Duties Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to present products and services. Manage existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Skills Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales; inside sales experience is a plus. Strong ability to upsell and manage client accounts effectively.
