TAHC has been serving families and their loved ones since 2010. After witnessing the impact that quality home care services brought to her great-grandfather’s life, our co-founder Candace Honeywell, was determined to bring the same level of care to everyone we serve. Together, with co-founder Alexander Page, they are committed to making positive changes in home health care.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Community Outreach Representative to grow and maintain effective relationships while serving our patient population in South Carolina and Georgia. This role is focused on helping grow the future pipeline for the company while supporting claimants while they walk through the process of applying for EEOICPA benefits. This role will be responsible for driving growth in the current and future markets that Trusted Ally operates in.

Major Functions:

Implement Business Development strategy and processes Coordinate Business Development efforts with all Trusted Ally Home Care departments CRM management: Track all sales activities in SalesForce from lead assignment to admission. Implement marketing activities to generate qualified leads Foster relationships with referral partners and existing clients to increase client referrals

Education and Experience Qualifications:

Previous experience in the EEOICPA or Home Care business development. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Meets federal/state requirements for this position, if applicable to the position. Must be able to successfully pass the competency program of this agency if applicable to the position. Able to work as a team member. Possess excellent customer service skills. GED/High School Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
