What You’ll Do:

As an Internet Sales Consultant , you’ll be at the forefront of managing online leads, creating engaging content, and building lasting customer relationships.

Your role will include:

Responding to online inquiries via email, phone, chat, or text, ensuring prompt and professional engagement. Qualifying incoming leads and guiding customers through the sales process using structured follow-up plans. Creating and sharing engaging content on social media and digital platforms to enhance the dealership’s online presence. Facilitating virtual consultations, presentations, and test drives, providing an outstanding online-to-showroom experience. Actively following up with customers and managing relationships to close sales and meet individual goals.
