316 Staffing is actively seeking an eager and driven Inside Sales Representative to join the dynamic sales and marketing team of a Fortune 500 leader in their industry. Candidates must have at least one year of CRM experience and experience with fast-paced outbound B2B dialing . Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls and emails to engage prospects and generate qualified leads Understand customer needs and present appropriate product solutions Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to build the sales pipeline Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems Meet or exceed individual sales goals and team KPIs Provide top-tier service to nurture client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field•OR•Associate Degree with demonstrated success in sales and marketing Minimum 1 year of CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Experience in fast-paced outbound B2B dialing environments Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Motivated self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach Comfortable with structured daily call targets and sales objectives Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$40,000 annually On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $15,000 in additional commission potential
