The customer base consists of Industrial, Metal working, PVF and Construction related companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively assess customer needs, present product and solutions, and follow up to close sales. (Full cycle customer management and account management). Grow existing accounts through establishing customer relationships, assisting customers to solve problems, and helping customers become more profitable and productive. Establish new customers in construction, industrial, PVF & Metal working through cold calling and direct selling. Improves profitability, product penetration, and product mix with all customers. Support and achieve personal and company sales & margin goals. Support and implement marketing strategies and promotions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous, successful experience (minimum of 2yr) in outside sales, preferably in construction/PVF/Industrial related industry. Experience developing new accounts through cold calling. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence in dealing with customers & prospective customers. Reliable, organized, and detailed oriented. Ability to work independently and manage time to hit goals/quotas. Strong ability to efficiently multi-task and adapt in sales to creatively satisfy customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain records in an ERP system. Possess a current driver’s license. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
