About this position:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving sales pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities. If you’re passionate about learning and growing within the world’s top sales training organization, this is the role for you! In this position, you will: Make 100+ outbound prospecting calls daily to potential clients, focusing on businesses that would benefit from Sales Gravy’s services. Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to generate leads and increase prospecting outreach. Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team, and maintain a strong, consistent follow-up strategy. Manage an accurate prospect database using our CRM system. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead-generation strategies. Track and report on lead generation performance using CRM and sales tools, adjusting outreach strategies as necessary. Master the art of presenting Sales Gravy’s core services and training curriculum. Provide support to clients and prospects via phone, email, and online chat. Other responsibilities as needed What you’ll bring: 1-2 years of professional work experience, ideally in a sales or customer-facing role Excellent oral and written communication skills Competitive spirit and not afraid to ask tough questions Confidence and mental toughness CRM experience preferred
