Position Overview We are seeking dynamic and motivated salesprofessionals to join our growing HVAC services team. This is afull-time role with a guaranteed base salary and a progressivecommission structure. As a Service Maintenance SalesRepresentative, you will focus on prospecting, generating leads,and collaborating with the installation team to identify and securenew commercial HVAC preventive maintenance contracts. This’hunter’ role is ideal for individuals who thrive in afast-paced, results-driven environment. What You’ll Do Thisposition requires a self-starter with strong internal discipline tomanage their activities independently.

Key responsibilitiesinclude:

Prospecting for new clients through cold calls, sitevisits, networking, and industry events. Identifying businessesthat value preventive maintenance agreements and converting leadsinto prospects. Preparing and presenting maintenance agreementproposals to close new business. Transitioning new clients toaccount managers post-sale and restarting the sales process. KeyResponsibilities To succeed in this role, you should: Have a proventrack record of finding, qualifying, and closing new business,primarily through self-generated leads. Excel in presenting toprospective clients and selling value persuasively. Quickly buildtrust and establish strong relationships with potential clients. Beprofessional, serving as the main point of contact for prospects.

Adapt easily to diverse situations and challenges. Demonstratecreative problem-solving skills and intelligence. Stay organizedand manage a large pipeline of suspects and prospects effectively.

Handle conflicts constructively to strengthen relationships. Becoachable, open to learning from successes and failures alike.

Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary plus commissionon new sales and performance bonuses. Monthly vehicle allowance.
