Inside Sales Representative (Sign & Lighting Services) YESCO Sign and Lighting Atlanta 2594 Flat Shoals Road SE, Conyers, GA 30013 Are you a confident communicator who thrives on the phone, knows how to close deals, and isn’t afraid of a quota? YESCO Sign & Lighting Atlanta is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Rep to join our team and help businesses stay visible, well-lit, and ready to attract customers. This is a phone-heavy role with a clear mission: make 50+ calls per day, close service orders, and hit sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make at least 50 outbound calls daily to business owners and decision-makers Follow up on warm leads —businesses with signs or lighting not working Sell 1-3 service work orders per day and meet a monthly sales revenue target of $30,000-$50,000 Close deals by identifying customer pain points and offering fast, essential service Navigate our work order system (Servizio) to update job statuses and communicate with the team Occasionally visit customer locations to assess service needs or develop your own leads Work closely with field technicians and project managers to deliver on customer commitments Learn about signage and lighting systems to effectively sell services and answer questions

What We’re Looking For:

Fearless phone communicator —comfortable making dozens of calls daily Strong ability to find and reach decision-makers Proven closer with sales or service industry experience Self-motivated and goal-oriented —loves hitting KPIs and pushing for more Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Comfortable using an iPad, CRM, or work order system to manage leads and updates Willingness to learn the signage and lighting industry Lighting or signage experience is a strong plus KPIs for

Success:

50+ outbound calls per day 1-3 signed service orders per day $30K-$50K in monthly revenue
