Flexible hours including early evenings and Saturdays Job Overview Paramount is seeking a motivated and professional Inbound Sales Representative to handle high-volume patient inquiries and lead engagement. In this role you will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into scheduled consultations for dental implant services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, and driven by results and patient service. Inbound Sales Representative Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from prospective patients inquiring about services Make outbound follow-up calls to all assigned leads 3 times daily (morning, afternoon, and early evening) until contact is made Guide potential patients through the value of treatment and scheduling process Schedule consultations directly into the practice calendar system Track and document all lead activity, including dispositions, notes, and next steps Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for call volume, contact rate, and appointment bookings Provide a warm, professional first impression Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and internal communication standards Inbound Sales Representative Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, call center, patient coordination, or related customer-facing roles Proven ability to handle high call volume with confidence and empathy Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette Comfortable using CRM or lead tracking software (experience with High Level or similar platforms is a plus) Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required Availability to work flexible hours including early evenings and Saturdays if needed #ZR
