Duties Developing relationships with store and regional managers by providing outstanding service and sales. Follow a daily route to visit and service stores. Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective inventory control practices. Execute seasonal promotional plans and educate store managers on Hispanic brands, seasonal advertising and marketing support, and using sales data to promote the right product mix. Utilize POS ordering systems. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Maintain the Midway set including, cleaning, removing expired products, maintaining the Midway image. Requirements Proven experience in customer service and retail sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles. Familiarity with inventory control processes and techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members. A proactive attitude with a passion for driving sales through effective merchandising. Bi-lingual – Spanish / English required.
