Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through effective business development strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding our market presence in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Conduct outside sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Utilize Salesforce for lead generation, tracking sales activities, and managing customer interactions. Collaborate with marketing teams to identify market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is essential. Strong business development skills with a focus on direct sales strategies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in lead generation techniques and utilizing Salesforce for effective sales management. Technical sales experience is a plus, enabling you to understand product specifications and applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities within the market and adapting strategies accordingly. Compensation $40-45k base Monthly ‘maintenance’ commission of 1.5% on each account until growth is achieved Monthly ‘growth’ commission of 4.5% per account when sales baseline is exceeded $750 car allowance for car payment.
