Inside Sales/Appointment Setter Nourish Food Service LLC. Loganville, GA 30052 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position requires strong communication skills, a persuasive nature, and a passion for sales. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the value of our products and services. Duties Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients to generate interest in our offerings. Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing client inquiries. Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific markets and improving appointment conversion rates. Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective clients to secure appointments. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to assist in business development efforts. Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company during all communications. Qualifications Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in a technical sales environment. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. Familiarity with business development strategies and market analysis techniques. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
