Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Auto Mats & Accessories, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by actively promoting our line of high-quality car mats and accessories. This dynamic position involves developing deep product and industry knowledge, identifying and prospecting new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You’ll provide product samples and mockups to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and met, while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. As a collaborative team player, you’ll also contribute to a supportive sales environment. Your responsibilities will include expanding the customer base, increasing sales volume and frequency, and proactively anticipating customer needs to foster long-term, repeat business. Your efforts will directly support the company’s mission to deliver exceptional automotive products while building lasting partnerships in a competitive market. V.

Providing customers with quotes, contacting existing and new prospective customers, sending samples to customers, taking customer orders. VI.
Essential Functions:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, customer needs, and trends within the automotive accessories industry. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. Conduct cold calls and follow up with prospective, current, and past customers to grow the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Consistently work to increase sales revenue, average order value, and overall customer count. Effectively promote the company’s products and value proposition to a wide range of clients. Anticipate customer needs, serve as the primary point of contact, and offer tailored solutions. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through post-sale support. Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals and ensure customer satisfaction. VII.
Duties and tasks:
Conduct outbound cold calls and send introductory emails to potential customers. Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, budgets, and fit with company offerings. Gather necessary customer information to create accurate and customized product mockups. Provide mockups to customers and follow up with quotes in a timely manner. Secure customer orders and ensure all relevant order details are accurately collected. Submit confirmed orders to the internal office team and enter them into the sales system. Coordinate with the Production team by delivering finalized sales orders for processing. Provide customers with tracking information and updates regarding their orders. Send invoices promptly and ensure all billing information is correct. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle. VIII.
