Aesthetics Sales Specialist W Trent Massengale MD LLC Prairieville, LA 70769 Job Description The Aesthetics Sales Specialist role will be a friendly, organized and sales-driven individual to be the first point of contact for our clients and to play a key role in the clinical aesthetic operations. This dual-role position combines front desk duties, customer service, sales and administrative support, and most importantly ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient. Key Duties o Manage aesthetician’s schedules including scheduling patients, confirming appointments, and the entire check-in and check-out process. o Answer phone calls, emails and office messages in a timely and courteous manner. o Promote skincare products, treatment packages and maintain clear knowledge of monthly specials to offer to patients. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and consent forms. o Assist Aesthetics Director in inventory management. o Supports aestheticians with everyday operations and office tasks. o Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
