This role is focused on inbound and outbound communication, lead development, and customer engagement from our office. Candidates with safety experience or familiarity with industrial environments are strongly encouraged to apply. This position will play a key role in supporting business growth by managing customer accounts, handling incoming inquiries, assisting walk-in customers, supporting in-store sales activities, and organizing lead and customer data. You will also contribute to inventory and purchasing decisions by monitoring stock levels and customer demand. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and an interest in helping customers find the right safety solutions. Responsibilities Build rapport and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions Assist walk-in customers and support in-store sales efforts by providing product information and customer service Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities Track and update customer and lead interactions using internal tools Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services or equipment Coordinate with outside sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Provide ongoing support to customers by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering product knowledge Monitor stock levels and provide input on purchasing decisions based on customer demand and inventory needs Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and safety solutions relevant to our clients Qualifications High school diploma/GED required 3 to 7 years’ experience in inside sales, customer relations, or account management Experience in or exposure to the industrial sector preferred Familiarity with safety (fall protection) is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational habits and follow-through Self-starter with a team-oriented attitude
