As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering furniture to customers, assisting in inside sales, and helping maintain the showroom. Key Responsibilities:
Furniture Delivery:
Safely transport furniture to customer locations, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
Customer Interaction:
Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries and at the showroom. Assist customers with selecting products, answering questions, and providing product knowledge.
Sales Support:
Assist in maintaining inventory and displaying products within the showroom. Help with inside sales by taking orders and processing transactions.
Product Assembly:
Help assemble furniture as needed during delivery or in the showroom.
Maintenance:
Assist in keeping the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained, as well as ensuring the showroom remains organized and presentable.
Qualifications:
No special driver’s license required. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a delivery role is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy furniture (up to 50 lbs). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Dependable with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
