Job SummaryThe Optimum SalesExecutive is responsible for the promotion and sale of Optimumproducts and services. Utilizes expert knowledge of Optimumproducts and services and mastery of sales processes toconsistently maximize the growth & development of new and tenuredOptimum Sales Professionals. The Optimum Sales Executive role isfocused on achieving individual targets, allocating time to fieldtraining, coaching, and support to assigned Optimum SalesProfessionals and to assist in their ramp to competency andprogression toward reaching OSP2 level. This senior level salesprofessional will promote and maintain a performance-based culture,where sales professionals are inspired to deliver a superiorcustomer experience while acting as a mentor to foster employeeprofessional development.

Responsibilities Demonstrates expert knowledge of Optimum products, promotingand selling offerings to individual customers by knocking on everydoor assigned Displays thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features,benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for allproducts and services Drive sales and build strong customer relationships, andmentoring and coaching frontline sales to help them achieve theirutmost potential Meets and exceeds sales targets as established by localmarket Exhibits strong interest in leading & developing others Provides onboarding support to new hires, observes, andprovides feedback to ensure they are on-track with their trainingcurriculum and able to provide an exceptional customerexperience Strategic planning – monitor sales performance metrics andgenerate reports to assess progress and identify areas forimprovement Take an active role in personal and professionaldevelopment

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications and EssentialFunctions:

Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation and maintains aprofessional appearance Exercises independent judgment and discretion with respect tosignificant matters without direct oversight of leadership Possesses expert knowledge of B2C selling that would bereflective of 2-3 years of experience. High degree of confidence in selling ability. Displays expert time management and organizational skills. Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, butnot limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door forconsiderable distances in all types of weather conditions.
