Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Shreveport team. In this role, you will support outside sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Support outside sales team with quotes, order tracking, and product information Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to equipment, body installations, and chassis availability Develop and submit accurate quotes and work orders Coordinate with the parts department to ensure job readiness Communicate project needs clearly with the Production Manager and shop team Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain a high level of responsiveness
Requirements:
High school diploma required 3+ years of inside sales experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure Excellent organizational and analytical abilities Willingness to be active in office, shop, and equipment yard as needed
