Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and close commercial roofing opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and general contractors Perform roof inspections and provide tailored solutions for repair, replacement, or maintenance Partner with project managers to ensure seamless project execution Consistently meet or exceed sales goals—earnings are uncapped

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in sales within roofing, construction, painting, or related home services Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings
