is a fast-paced company that services all aspects of the oilfield. We offer multiple products for completions, production, drill down and trucking. CNC Oilfield Services is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative (outside sales).

Primary Function :

The basic function of the Business Development Representative is to establish and maintain relationships with customers in the field and work locations. This position applies sales techniques and coordinates sales support efforts with other members of the Company to ensure customer satisfaction to reach profitability goals set by management.

Primary Duties:

Ensure Mission and Vision standards are maintained through Company including, but not limited to, safety, sales processing and confidentiality. Work with sales team and Division Managers coordinating all jobs. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments of the Company, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded to maintain future endeavors. Represent the company in the field to determine customer needs, preparing quotes and ensuring the desire image if maintained as a quality supplier of equipment and service. Promote new business through daily contact with customers, soliciting feedback on satisfaction and follow up. Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures. Continuous growth in knowledge of Company products, inventory, pricing and delivery capabilities. Ensure sales revenue, profit margin, and customer objectives are met on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Ensure weekly calls are maintained and given to the Business Development Team Lead. Participate in industry events hosted by Company.

Knowledge/Skills:

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to travel locally and regionally. Must have organizational and time management skills. Must have excellent communication and listening skills. Must be able to work independently, and in a team environment, to prioritize and accomplish goals. Must have solid computer skills. Must have at least 2 years of outside sales experience.
