You will receive training on the basic construction, insurance/storm damage knowledge you need to represent and assist homeowners through their claims.

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE

Representing Pelican Roofing with our potential clients and helping them through the sales and insurance process. Building your referral network to create future business. Investigate weather-related damage in neighborhoods and be our first point of contact with property owners. Contact past customers to check in and talk about new opportunities to help them with their homes. Create happy customers and receive referrals and positive reviews for Pelican Roofing. Participate in networking and marketing events to build relationships. Continuously grow your sales competency through professional development and training

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Ability to work with minimal supervision after training Upbeat, positive attitude Strong Communication skills Comfortable with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps High school or equivalent (Required) Ability to use ladders for inspections Organized and able to follow processes.
