The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, cold calling, and upselling our products and services. Duties Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision and budget for custom pool projects. Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities. Engage in cold calling to introduce our products and services to prospective customers. Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying upselling opportunities. Deliver compelling product demos that showcase the value of our offerings. Provide detailed cost estimates and explain features, materials, and construction timelines. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Attend networking events, home shows, and community expos to generate leads. Experience Proven experience in sales or account management is preferred. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
