• Building business relationships with customers
• Communicate effectively with customers, from start through completion of the project
• Responsible for closing leads set by our office
• Make repair or upgrade recommendations based on the company’s offered products
• Meeting with licensed insurance adjusters
• Learn the insurance process and educate customers
• You will not be expected to do any construction or repair work

Minimum Qualifications:

Outgoing personality Basic computer and internet skills Ability to use a smartphone Ability to lift 55 pounds Ability to use a ladder and safely access roofs to perform roof inspections Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must have Driver’s License and good driving record Problem-solving attitude Works with a professional attitude always High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent written and verbal communicating skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills/multitasking Detail and Customer oriented Follow-up skills Demonstrated process improvement skills and background A curious and positive outlook A sense of humor

$70,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
