As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to join and lead our dynamic sales force.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader who is ready to lead by example and help build a top-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (preferably in roofing, construction, or home services), excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping clients protect their homes and businesses.

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and sales growth Conduct ride-alongs and field training with reps Manage customer relationships and ensure top-tier service Generate leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and other methods Assist homeowners with roof inspections and insurance claim processes Close sales and track team metrics/reporting Collaborate with management on hiring and expansion strategies

Requirements:

Proven sales experience (3+ years preferred) Leadership or team management experience a plus Roofing or construction experience highly preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
