Duties Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospects and introduce our products/services. Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up on leads generated from marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system. Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development is preferred. Strong understanding of software products and technical sales processes. Ability to perform outbound calling effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficient in building rapport with potential clients through effective communication strategies. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
