Your Role As a Membership Sales Professional, you will: Recruit and retain members through professional sales outreach. Conduct phone and in-person presentations to showcase the LRA’s value. Collaborate with Communications, Government Affairs, and Business Development teams to deliver member solutions. Who You Are Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals. A strong communicator—comfortable leading conversations with business owners. A problem-solver who understands business challenges and offers solutions. Self-motivated, credible, and ethical, with a commitment to professional success. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience). Proven success in sales, business development, or membership growth. Experience selling intangible products or services to business leaders.
