The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, account management, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and delivering compelling product demonstrations to potential customers. Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct direct sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics. Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. Perform technical sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner. Experience Proven experience in sales, preferably in territory sales or technical sales environments. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and account management best practices. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
