In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated route, service existing customers, building new customer relationships, and driving sales through customer service and a great attitude. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient delivery of our products to car dealerships, car washes and automotive centers. Duties Drive a commercial vehicle along a designated route to sell and deliver automotive detailing and car wash products to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and maximize revenue on each route. Communicate effectively with customers regarding product offerings, pricing, and promotions. Perform basic math calculations for pricing and invoicing during transactions. Ensure accurate inventory management by tracking product levels and reporting discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle to ensure compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a route-based environment. Strong honest work ethic. Basic math skills for handling pricing and transactions accurately. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred; must be able to drive safely and efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively on the road.
