Technology Solutions Sales Consultant Confidential Metairie, LA 70003 • Hybrid work We’re seeking a Technology Solutions Sales Consultant to join a growing technology organization. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive growth by delivering tailored technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This is a high-impact role where success depends on your ability to understand client objectives, uncover challenges, and propose innovative, value-driven IT solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to create long-term partnerships through effective communication and strategic engagement. Summary of Location and Hours Hybrid-Remote role in New Orleans, LA (80% remote, 20% Client Onsite Visits or in Office Meetings). Must be able to travel by car to client locations. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST Key Responsibilities Drive new-logo business through the sale of recurring IT managed services agreements. Develop and execute multi-channel prospecting strategies including cold calling, emailing, networking, and following up on marketing-generated leads. Build relationships within your territory by attending industry events, conferences, and networking groups. Conduct client discovery sessions to assess pain points, business challenges, and IT needs. Create and deliver customized presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate solution value and ROI. Accurately maintain sales pipeline data and forecasts using CRM tools. Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement complex IT solutions. Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings. Maintain exceptional professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or MBA a plus 3+ years of successful IT solution sales experience, preferably in managed services, cloud, or cybersecurity Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently Strong consultative selling approach and ability to engage business owners and executives Familiarity with CRM and quoting systems; experience with ConnectWise, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo is a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficient in managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals Able to travel locally for client meetings and occasionally for company events Language & Communication Requirements Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) Ability to write business communications and present to executive-level audiences Comfortable responding to client questions and objections in both informal and formal settings What Will Make You Stand Out Project management experience or certifications Advanced technical understanding of cloud, security, or infrastructure solutions Familiarity with SMB sales cycles and the MSP model What We Offer Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (for employee and family) 401(k) with 4% match on 5% contribution (no vesting period) Company-paid life and long-term disability insurance PTO, volunteer time off, and 11 paid holidays Education reimbursement program Recognition programs and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment with top-tier technical professionals Clear promotion and advancement tracks Work with industry leading talent The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $75,000 and $95,000 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO.
