What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers (appointments set for you) Recommend and sell Generac, Briggs and Stratton, and other top-tier generator systems Educate customers on home backup solutions and financing options Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Track sales activity and performance using ServiceTitan CRM Key Sub Tasks Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals. Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team. Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing. Get potential customers excited about Keefe’s A/C, Heating & Electrical and encourage them to spread the word. Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
A proven closer with experience in B2C, in-home, or home improvement sales Strong communication and consultative selling skills Goal-oriented, self-starter with a high sense of ownership Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Passionate about delivering value and building relationships You Know Us “For Fast Relief, Call Keefe!” Mr. Keefe started as a tradesman in a van, right here in New Orleans.
