Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in the showroom, building rapport and understanding their needs. Present and demonstrate Audi vehicles, highlighting features and benefits tailored to the customer. Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, including financing options and trade-ins. Follow up with leads and previous customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Audi’s vehicle lineup, promotions, and industry trends. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while delivering top-tier customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and customer service. Familiarity with CRM systems (VinSolutions and Tekion experience is a plus). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
