Full Job Description Job Description:

The Business Development Representative will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development and will support sales growth and market expansion efforts. The Business Development Representative will play a key role in building brand visibility, maintaining CRM data, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive business opportunities within a specific market or region. The Business Development Representative will be a champion and leader of our company’s core values while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction.

Some responsibilities include:

Identifying and seeking new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system. Collaborating with all disciplines to align outreach efforts with campaigns and target markets. Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other supporting materials. Following up with current and potential clients to nurture relationships and maintain engagement. Attending networking events, trade shows, or industry meetups to generate new leads and build brand awareness. Staying up to date on industry trends, company products, and competitive landscape. Engaging in outbound outreach, including cold calling prospective clients to introduce services and set up meetings.

Job Requirements:

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Ability to travel regularly for client meetings, site visits, and events Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong suit in interpersonal skills Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience – preferred
