In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients regarding their roofing needs. You will engage with potential customers, generate leads, and manage the sales process from initial contact through to project completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for helping clients find the best roofing solutions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of client roofing needs and provide tailored recommendations. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Manage the sales process by following up on leads, scheduling consultations, and presenting proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure satisfaction while meeting company goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process and post-installation follow-up. Experience Proven experience in inside sales, outside sales, or lead generation is preferred. Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. Experience in the roofing industry or construction field is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
