Sales Consultant at Repo Depot – Carencro, LA If you’re motivated, outgoing, and love the thrill of closing a sale, we want to meet you! Repo Depot , Carencro’s go-to source for high-quality pre-owned and repo mobile homes, is looking for a Sales Consultant who isn’t afraid to hustle and connect with customers on a real level. What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet walk-in and online leads with energy and professionalism Listen to customers’ needs and help match them with the right home Walk clients through the homebuying process from start to finish Show homes and explain features, pricing, and financing options Follow up with leads and past visitors to keep your pipeline full Work closely with the team to meet and beat monthly sales goals Stay in the loop on new home arrivals, promos, and financing options
Bonus Points If You:
Are confident on camera or enjoy posting on social media (Facebook, IG, TikTok, etc.) Know how to bring in your own traffic—not just wait for it Are bilingual (Spanish is a huge plus!)
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience (mobile homes, auto, real estate, or retail required) Solid people skills and a confident, trustworthy vibe Driven, coachable, and hungry to succeed A team player who can also self-manage and close deals independently Basic tech skills—CRM systems, email, and social media Perks +
Pay:
Base pay + commission (Typical earnings: $40,000-$60,000/year or more) Paid training and mentorship to help you start strong Off every Sunday + 1 day/week of choice after training Want in?
