Atchafalaya Homes, a premier mobile home dealership located in Carencro, Louisiana, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and help our customers find their dream homes!

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing their ideal mobile home.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with potential buyers to understand their housing needs and preferences Showcasing our inventory of mobile homes, highlighting features and benefits Providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships Conducting tours of available homes and answering questions Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge Participating in sales training and development programs Bonus Points if you: Are tech-savvy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Are not afraid to generate your own pipeline

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate, housing, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-centric approach and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their homeownership goals Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of mobile homes or the housing market is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or a related field is a plus
