Your primary responsibility will involve selling a variety of insurance products, including auto, homeowners, life, and health insurance. Responsibilities Utilize a customer-focused approach to conduct comprehensive needs assessments, effectively educating clients about their insurance choices. Collaborate with agents to set and achieve marketing objectives. Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to offer expert guidance to customers. Generate leads, set appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services. Working alongside team members to meet sales goals and maintain a positive and supportive team environment. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales, whether as an outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketer. Property and Casualty License. Life and Health License. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas. Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
