Duties Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and in-person interactions, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize effective phone etiquette to establish rapport with clients and encourage repeat business. Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels and assisting with inventory management tasks. Provide sales support by preparing product information, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries promptly. Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to demonstrate effective upselling techniques during customer interactions.
