Schedule:
Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the business—helping customers navigate their service needs with professionalism and care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey
Managing service inquiries efficiently and professionally
Providing timely updates on service progress, timelines, and changes
Recommending services, parts, or additional solutions based on customer needs
Opening and closing work orders and ensuring customer concerns are addressed
Offering knowledgeable insights on products, vehicle operations, and characteristics
Ensuring every customer experience is positive, seamless, and memorable
Building lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of inside sales experience (automotive industry preferred)
Solid understanding of automotive services and vehicle basics
Excellent communication, listening, and time-management skills
A professional and personable approach with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Valid U.S. driver’s license
