Role:

We’re seeking a professional, motivated individual to join our field team as a door-to-door sales representative. This role focuses on residential sales for window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services. You’ll walk neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and help close service packages, all while being an important first point of contact for our company. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, self-starters, and enjoy working outdoors. Compensation is not based on hourly rates, but rather the outcomes you drive.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods Engage with homeowners to explain and promote services Distribute door hangers Generate and pass leads to management Close the sale when possible to qualify for commission Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:
