In our third year of business, we are moving to a brand new office in Lakeview and moving from a boutique start up to a premier investment firm. The ideal candidate will excel in inside sales, possess a relentless work ethic, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally. We are looking solely for individuals to grow with our organization long term as we continue to scale and want you to bring your individual experience to our existing foundation. We are a real estate investment firm active in multiple markets across the U.S. Your job is simple, help us expand our portfolio and get compensated as such. In addition to a base salary, you will earn a commission on every closed transaction . All leads will be provided to you, and it will be your responsibility to work these leads, both over the phone and in-person, from the initial contact to the closing table. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calling to warm leads that have been added to your system. Must be comfortable making a high volume of calls and talking on the phone. Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture client relationships. Effectively communicate with clients both remotely and in person. Utilize our CRM to manager leads and build a 60-day pipeline. Collaborate with our existing team members to help further our processes and procedures. We believe in collaboration from top to bottom. Get a minimum of one new agreement signed with a client per week. Meet with one prospective client per day. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred. Strong proficiency in using software tools, particularly Salesforce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to engage effectively with clients through outbound and warm calling techniques. Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales goals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
