Negotiation Full Job Description Position Overview:
Oracle Lighting is seeking a relationship-driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to manage and grow our network of jobber and wholesale distributor accounts. This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within the automotive aftermarket channel. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and well-versed in B2B sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the wholesale customer journey and a passion for helping partners succeed with Oracle Lighting’s product line.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Customer Retention Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned jobber and wholesale accounts. Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. Ensure customers are informed about new products, promotions, and marketing resources. Maintain detailed records of account activity in CRM and sales reports. Sales Growth & Upselling Identify opportunities to increase order volume and expand product mix within existing accounts. Recommend complementary products or newer SKUs based on purchase history and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored solutions, pricing, and support that drive value for the customer. New Business Development Prospect and onboard new jobber and wholesale partners in alignment with growth goals. Attending industry trade shows, regional events, and customer visits to promote Oracle Lighting products. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities that are untapped. Collaboration & Reporting Partner with the marketing team to ensure account access to promotional materials and digital content. Provide regular updates to the Chief Revenue Officer on account of health, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts. Support internal planning and product development by relying on customer feedback and market intelligence.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or wholesale distribution (automotive aftermarket strongly preferred). Proven ability to manage customer relationships and grow account revenue. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel regionally or nationally as needed (approx. 10-20%)
Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with automotive lighting, accessories, or vehicle customization products. Experience working with jobber networks, warehouse distributors, or 12V channel partners. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer success. Comfortable balancing field sales with administrative follow-up and reporting.
